Delivery and payment
We ship from Ukraine by courier to the USA and Canada, and by post to the UK and the EU. The price depends only on the weight of your order and the destination country.

Amounts are in Ukrainian hryvnia — that is the currency the site calculates in. In brackets is the approximate equivalent at today's official rate; your bank may convert slightly differently.
How to see your exact amount
- Add items to the cart — the weight is calculated automatically.
- Enter your address — the site picks the tariff for your country.
- The exact delivery amount appears before payment, in the order summary.
Timing
We dispatch 1–5 days after payment. You get a tracking number for every parcel, sent as soon as it leaves us.
Payment
Card payment on the site. The invoice is issued in Ukrainian hryvnia — normal for a Ukrainian shop; your card will be charged the equivalent in your currency.
Common questions
Why is delivery this expensive?
This is the real cost of courier shipping from Ukraine — we do not make money on it. That is why a bigger order pays off: at 5 kg the delivery per kilo is about half of what it is at 1.6 kg.
Can orders be combined?
Yes. Message us on Instagram or Messenger before paying — we will put everything in one parcel and charge delivery once.
What about customs?
Parcels are sent for personal use, within the recipient's personal allowance.
