Taranka is the Ukrainian beer snack: roach salted whole and dried slowly in the open air, with a full sac of roe inside. The meat is firm and savoury, the roe rich and slightly oily — you peel the skin, tear the fish along the spine and eat it with cold lager.
Choose 200 g, 500 g or 1 kg. Vacuum-sealed and shipped from Ukraine with a tracking number.
